Background:Pigmenters can be very sensitive to the use of the tadalafil tablet, which is commonly prescribed to men with erectile dysfunction (ED). This could be due to a problem with the erectile function, particularly in the presence of a strong sexual stimulus, or due to a physical problem. This is known as the "Pigmental Efficacy of Pregnancy". However, there is currently little evidence to support the use of the tadalafil tablet in this situation. We studied the effect of tadalafil on the blood flow to the penis, and on blood pressure (BP) in men who were using the tablet. We studied whether men who had previously had ED, who were taking a combination of phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors or the same combination as Viagra, who had previously used nitrates, had a decrease in the blood flow to the penis. We also investigated the effect of the tablet on the blood flow in men who had used nitroglycerin tablets, and on the blood pressure (BP) in men who had used nitroglycerin tablets. Finally, we analysed the effect of a single dose of the tablet on the effect of the combined medication, on the blood flow in the penis, and on the BP in the penis.
A total of 100 healthy volunteers (mean age, 45.7 ± 10.9 years; 57% men; 26 women) were enrolled. All participants were recruited from the public and private sectors, with a history of cardiovascular diseases, taking nitrates (40 mg/day), phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (including sildenafil and vardenafil), or the same combination of drugs and sexual activity (ED). All men were taking a combination of phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (n = 24) and the same combination as Viagra (n = 24).Figure 1:Blood flow and blood pressure of a group of healthy volunteers. P. E. = pulmonary hypertension.
Study setting:The study was carried out in the Department of Cardiology, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Würzburg. The study was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee (ECB/12/0022) and by the Ethics Committee of Würzburg.
Figure 2:Blood flow and BP in a group of men using the tadalafil tablet. The blue line represents the mean (standard deviation) for the group of men who had ED, and the solid line represents the mean (standard deviation) for men who had ED. In men who had ED, the blue line represents the mean (standard deviation) for men who had ED, and the solid line represents the mean (standard deviation) for men who had ED. The dotted lines represent the average values of the groups of men.

Figure 4:Change in the mean blood flow and blood pressure of a group of men using the tadalafil tablet. The solid line represents the mean (standard deviation) for the group of men who had ED, and the dotted line represents the average (standard deviation) for men who had ED.
Results:In men who had ED, the mean blood flow to the penis was significantly decreased in men who had ED compared with men who had ED without ED.

In the United States, sildenafil is a prescribed drug. In New Zealand, pdejnororphineamine, a selective inhibitor of neuronal PDE5, was administered for the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE) by the in vitro Peptide System. The formulation pde5-in-which the plexuses exert their effects, is in the works already. The PDE5 inhibitors include finasteride and dutasteride. In the US, the name of the medication is off-label for erectile dysfunction (E) or pulmonary hypertension (W).
